MSS Anniversary/Birthday Card Challenge!

Hi, there! I'm here with a fun card that I whipped up for a very special birthday/anniversary challenge from Market Street Stamps! I've been working with Market Street Stamps for nearly a year now and I've had nothing but the best experience working with them. I love working for a company that truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to create a community feel that we as stampers/crafters are constantly searching for! I'm very excited about all the fun things coming for Market Street Stamps and I know that their success will be HUGE because that's what their hearts are...

Make sure you run over and check out the new "Neighborhood!" It's been a blast getting to know some of you a little better already! If you haven't heard about it yet, the Market Street Neighborhood is a stamping community for Market Street Stamps friends and fans. A place to find friends, tips, techniques and creative inspiration! Click the link below to sign up! SO fun!

Now on to my card for today!

I had a lot of fun with this one! That is the cake from Celebrate Cake- I originally was simply going to paper piece the cake image, but the paper I used (from the My Mind's Eye Lost & Found 2 Sunshine collection) was just a little too thick. I wasn't getting the look I was going for. Then, I had the idea to stamp the image on the backside of the paper I wanted to use and cut it out. Then, I could use the shape of image, but also layer them in a way that looked a lot more appealing to me. That ruffly gingham ribbon is from May Arts... love it!

Here's the inside of the card:

Love that sentiment... super cute!

Thank you so much for stopping by today- I hope to see you over in the Neighborhood!

  3. Great idea to stamp on the back of your paper, Stephanie! The 'tablecloth' is one pretty, ruffly creation, too. Also like the musical background, reminding me of the Happy Birthday song.
