"SLUMP" CHALLENGE!

Yup. I've been in a bit of a "slump." Haven't gotten much of anything done lately and I don't really have much motivation to do anything either. Boo.

I was sitting my butt on the couch watching tv the other night when I got a text from Miss Laurie Willison. Turns out I'm not alone! LOL! She was sitting at her desk at her house, mojo-less, and apparently texting... lol!

After chatting for a few minutes, we decided to make crafting a little bit of a challenge this week- so we came up with our own little "slump" challenge blog hop! HAHA! Yup- it's just the two of us. But I'm sure we're not alone! If you're in a slump- you can post, too!

SO- no theme, anything goes- here's a card I made instead of sitting around watching junk on tv!

YAY! I made SOMETHING! HA! AND.... I broke out the Cameo, too! I started by cutting out the Chicken Wire Background from the Silhouette Store. Then, I ungrouped the cut file and cut the hexagons out of a couple of different papers. I filled in the hexagons in the background to create this fun background!

The sentiment is from the Market Street Stamps set Great Big Greetings!

I'm also linking this one up over on the Retro Sketches blog! I figured that since the motivation came from Laurie- I could take it even farther and link up to a challenge that she designs for! LOL!

Thanks for stopping by today! Make sure you run over and visit Laurie, too- she made a beautiful card today! Like I said- if you're in a slump (like me and Laurie!)- see this as a challenge to get up and make something! If you do, share a link in the comments- I'd love to see! :)
