The Sweethaven Scrapbooking Challenge

  Hey!

I hope you all had an amazing Labor Day weekend! I meant to get this up sooner, but the weekend took over and now it's Tuesday! Yikes! Today is the last day to link up to a fabulous challenge- I'm squeezing it in there at the very last minute!

So I'm here today with a layout for this fabulous challenge- The Sweethaven Scrapbooking Challenge!  If you aren't familar with the Sweethaven Series you should definitely check it out! The first book, A Sweethaven Summer, and the second book, A Sweethaven Homecoming, are available now and you will love them. Just trust me. Great books about family, friendship, forgiveness, faith, and so much more. They'll leave you with a full heart!

Here is my layout that I created with Sweethaven inspiration!

One of the biggest themes in these books is the feeling of HOME. Sweethaven is a small town where families come to make beautiful memories, build relationships with friends and family, and feel safe. We've created our own little haven down here in North Carolina. While we may be very far from "home" (nearly 7 hours driving), but we have created our home here and couldn't be happier.

This photo was taken after a storm last summer- it's one of my favorite photos of our "home." This is the view from our back porch- not a lot going on over there, but when the light hits just right, those fields glow. Can't beat the rainbow, right?

Thanks so much for stopping by today- make sure you run over and check out the Sweethaven books by Courtney Walsh- they're SO great and I just know you'll love them as much as I do!
