FANGtastic Treat Bags!

  Good morning!

I have a fun project to share with you today!

I always like to make cute little treat bags for my boys to hand out at school and this year I pulled out this super cute stamp set- Fangtastic- to create them!

Check em out!

How cute, right!? I started by cutting this label shape with my Cameo- the shape is included in a group called 5 bracket labels with shadow. I undgrouped the shapes before cutting and deleted all but the one I wanted to use.

Then, I stamped the cute little dracula on the bottom half of the label with black ink. I masked the image and then stamped my new background stamp, Funky Herringbone, in the background in two different colors (A Muse Studio Grass and Grape). I scored down the middle of the label and topped the treat bags!

The word bubble is also a shape from Silhouette- it's actually one of the free designs that comes with the software. It's called Love You Bubble. I simply ungrouped the image and deleted the inner bubble and the words. Then, I resized it and shaped it until it was just how I liked it!

I added the sentiment to the bubble and adhered the bubble to the label with foam tape!

Here's the topper in green:

And in purple!

There is still time to scoop up these stamps for your Halloween projects! MSS ships SUPER fast!

I hope you enjoy this project! Have a great day! :)

Here's the card I made with the Fight Like A Girl stamp set! And, of course, lots of other A Muse Studio products- I love them so much!

LOVE this one! I stamped the silhouette leaf image from the A Muse Studio set Friend to Friend with Shell ink. Then, I stamped the ribbon image (from Fight Like A Girl) over top with Burano ink and the sentiment (also from Fight Like A Girl) with Slate ink! I am always down with adding some satin ribbon so I added this fun double looped banner style ribbon accent to the card!

I love the combination of cream, aqua, and green! One of my favorite color combinations! I stamped the leaf images onto rounded squares and colored them with Copics. Then, I blended Frayed Burlap Distress Ink around the edges.

The sentiment is from the MSS Simple Salutations set!

World Card Making Day Blog Hop + Block Party Time!

YAY! It's time for World Card Making Day!

Last year, I was honored to be chosen as one of the winners of the Paper Crafts World Card Making Day Contest! Not only did I receive a fabulous prize, but I made some amazing friends along the way!

You should be coming from Miss Alyssa Strichfield's blog- if not, I have listed the full hop order at the bottom of this post!

Here is my card that was chosen as a winner in the "Thinking of You/Hello" category last year!

I happened to have another sheet of that patterned paper (from the Authentique 6x6 bundle: Blissful) so I thought I'd use it on this card! A little bit of a connection to my card from last year!

You guys know I'm a neutral kid of gal.... lol! And this card is all me! Layers of neutral patterned paper, a simple sentiment, some trendy hexagons thrown in there- so my style! Haha!

The sentiment is from my set GROWTH from Market Street Stamps- I am truly IN LOVE with that font!

From here, you're going to hop over to my good friend Laurie Willison's blog! I'm sure she's got something fabulous to share with you over there!

Here is the complete hop list if you got lost somewhere along the way!

· Savannah O’Gwynn and Linda Dreiling

When you're finished the hop- head on back over to the Paper Crafts Connection blog- I hear there are some great prizes up for grabs over there!

While you're crafting this weekend- hop on over to the Market Street Stamps blog to party with us! We're having a Block Party and you could win a fun prize package OR a guest design spot just by linking up a card using Market Street Stamps! Easy peasy! :)

Thanks for stopping by!
